This is not the first time Nick Szabo has been tipped to be the real name behind Satoshi Nakamoto and the person who created Bitcoin as he once told author Dominic Frisby in 2014 “I’m afraid you got it wrong doxing me as Satoshi, but I’m used to it”, but with such a public figure as Elon Musk outing his name it is not becoming more logical that it is him or he’s at least been a massive part of the evolution of Bitcoin, blockchains and now the growth of the Ethereum network.

When asked by AI researcher and podcast host Lex Fridman about Bitcoin and the founder Elon did not mince his words about Szabo as he states “Obviously I don't know who created bitcoin ... it seems as though Nick Szabo is probably more than anyone else responsible for the evolution of those ideas”. This all comes after the big Bitcoin dip that has seen over $100Billion in value wiped from the cryptocurrency market over the past month.

Sadly, this still has not confirmed the mystery of who Satoshi Nakamoto is but it’s the closest thing to the truth that we have ever come near to. I am sure this won’t be the last that we hear of it from Elon and we hope to now see more public interviews and appearances from Nick Szabo.
